This notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to explain how your personal data is processed when you visit the kavisyapi.com website, use the contact form on the site, or contact us by e-mail or telephone.

Your personal data is collected through the contact form on the site and through e-mail and telephone correspondence, by automated means through your browser during your visit, and through statistics and measurement cookies; Google advertising cookies are used only if you give your consent. Messages sent through the contact form are recorded in the site's administration panel and forwarded to us by e-mail.
Visit statistics are measured with the Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager services of Google LLC. In this context, the pages you visit, where you came to the site from, your device and browser information, your approximate location (city level) and some of your clicks on the site (telephone and e-mail links, submission of the contact form) are transmitted to Google. When the fact that the form has been submitted is transmitted, your name, e-mail address, telephone number and message in the form are not transmitted. Google Analytics uses your IP address only to determine your approximate location and does not store it. This information does not identify you by name; it only helps us see overall usage trends. If you are signed in to your Google account and have allowed ad personalisation in your account, Google may associate this visit data with your account to produce cross-device and demographic summary statistics (Google Signals).
Session analysis is carried out with the Microsoft Clarity service of Microsoft Corporation; your clicks, scrolling and mouse movements on the pages are transmitted to Microsoft together with how the page is displayed, and what you type into form fields is masked and not transmitted. With Meta Pixel, the measurement tool of Meta Platforms, the pages you visit, your browser information and your IP address are also transmitted to Meta. Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel run whichever option you choose in the cookie banner.
The fonts on the site are loaded from the Google Fonts service of Google LLC; when the pages open, your IP address and browser information are transmitted to Google. The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps; when you open that page, your IP address and browser information are transmitted to Google so that the map can be displayed.
If you choose the Accept option in the cookie banner, Google's advertising measurement service (Google Ads) is also activated, and the pages you visit and your browser information are transmitted to Google for advertising measurement.
The information you send through the contact form and your e-mail correspondence are stored on the servers of the hosting provider of the site and of the corporate e-mail service, located in Türkiye. The site is delivered through the infrastructure of a security and content delivery service provider; this provider keeps the technical logs required for the operation and security of the site (IP address, time of visit, page opened). Your personal data may also be shared with authorised public institutions and organisations where required by law.
As the servers of Google, Meta, Microsoft and the security and content delivery service provider are located abroad, the data transmitted to these services is transferred abroad within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK. The transfer is made only for the purposes stated in this notice and to the extent necessary.
Your data is not sold. Google's advertising cookies are activated only if you choose the Accept option.
Cookies are small text files saved to your browser by the websites you visit. The following cookies are used on this site:
tk_cerez_onay remembers your cookie preference and is kept for 7 days. pll_language remembers the language in which the site is displayed (Turkish, English or French) and is kept for 1 year. The site's security infrastructure may also set security cookies (e.g. cf_clearance, up to 1 year) to distinguish malicious traffic._ga and _ga_<ID> distinguish visits from one another to produce statistics showing how many people use the site and how; they are kept for up to 2 years. They are used whichever option you choose in the cookie banner._gcl_ and _gac_, kept for 90 days; for the same purpose Google may also write the _gcl_ls entry to your browser's local storage. They are set only if you choose the Accept option in the cookie banner.If you choose Statistics Only, Google advertising cookies are not set and no data is shared with Google for advertising purposes; the necessary cookies and the measurement by Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel continue. If you previously chose Accept, Google advertising cookies are deleted when you switch to Statistics Only. If you choose Accept, Google advertising cookies are also activated. Visit data in Google Analytics is deleted after 14 months.
The site's security and performance infrastructure also produces overall visit statistics that do not identify you, without using cookies. The Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube links on the site only open the relevant page in a new tab; unless you click these links, no data is transmitted to these platforms.
You can change your cookie preference at any time: Change my cookie preference. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Your personal data, including contact form records and e-mail correspondence, is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the retention periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
