• The discoveries and quantities are prepared in accordance with the application projects.
• Technical specifications for all work items are prepared by our lawyers.

• Based on the parameters (variables) in the sketch design, the project budget is calculated by deriving the estimated cost of the design and construction processes closest to the realism in practice.

• The most advantageous Procurement Plan is prepared in accordance with the planned construction work program.

• A Project Discovery Report is prepared with the quantities created on the application projects.

• Tender (bidding) specifications are prepared in the most appropriate way and a Tender File is created in accordance with the conditions.

• As a result of the negotiations with the candidate companies; a Tender Preliminary Evaluation Report is presented to the investor, taking into account the price, quality, time, labor force, payment terms, machinery and equipment adequacy.

• Subcontractor/Contractor is selected with the approval of the investor.
